Last budget amendment approved before County budget adoption

On Nov. 25 at the administrative public hearing, the Board of Mesa County Commissioners approved the final 2025 budget amendment for this year, authorizing additional revenues and expenditures before the 2026 budget adoption at the Dec. 9 public hearing. Amendments to the budget include recognizing new revenues and authorizing appropriations based on new information.
